How It Works
For every new patient that you refer to us, we’ll reward you with a $50 Amazon gift card. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so the more people you refer, the more rewards you can earn!
How to Refer
It’s easy to refer your friends and family to our practice. Simply have them tell us they’re a referral when they schedule their first appointment. We’ll ask them for the name and contact information of the person they were referred by. Once they become a new patient at our practice, we will send a gift card to the person who referred them as a thank you!
